Not every insight deserves to last. Most observations are situational. They help me understand a specific day, a specific mistake, or a specific stretch of market behavior. Those belong in review and then they’re allowed to fade. The Wisdom Hub exists for something rarer.
This is where insights earn the right to persist. Each week, I step back and review what has emerged from trading and review. I ask a simple question:
Would this still matter if I read it a year from now?
If the answer is no, it stays where it is. If the answer is yes, it becomes a candidate for promotion.
The Wisdom Hub
The Wisdom Hub is where weekly insights are captured with context intact. These entries are allowed to be rough, situational, and incomplete. They hold examples, narrative, and reflection. The value here is continuity and sense-making, not polish or permanence.
In practice, weekly insights are written consistently, but they do not need to live forever or be publicly accumulated inside the system. The Wisdom Hub exists to demonstrate how insight is surfaced, not to become an ever-growing archive. What matters is not volume. What matters is discernment.

This example shows how insight is framed, grounded in context, and evaluated for durability without requiring the full log to live here.
The Gem Repository
The Gem Repository holds a small, curated set of insights that have proven durable over time. Where the Wisdom Hub preserves context and narrative, the Gem Repository preserves signal.
Gems are distilled. They are short, clear, and actionable. Each one captures a principle, constraint, or reminder that has repeated across weeks and continued to matter after the original situation passed.

Nothing enters the Gem Repository by inspiration alone. Promotion is intentional and rare. Most weeks produce no gems. Some produce one. That restraint is the point.
A gem does not explain itself at length. If it still needs context, it belongs in the Wisdom Hub.
Over time, the Gem Repository becomes a practical map of what has actually mattered in my trading- what keeps me aligned under pressure, what prevents recurring mistakes, and what continues to hold when conditions change.
This layer exists to prevent relearning the same lesson in new disguises. When I return to the market, I am not carrying every thought I’ve ever had. I am carrying a small set of truths that have already earned my trust.
