Review is how my experience turns into skill.
Trading delivers information quickly and often imperfectly. If I don’t slow it down, capture it, and reflect on it, most of what the market teaches me is lost or distorted by emotion, outcome bias, or memory.
This section exists to make sure that doesn’t happen.
Review, in this system, is not about judgment or self-criticism. It is about noticing what actually occurred, understanding how I responded, and deciding what deserves to be carried forward. Writing is the mechanism that makes this possible. When I write, I clarify. When I clarify, patterns emerge. When patterns are visible, behavior can change.
Nothing here is meant to be heavy or punitive. It is meant to be honest, consistent, and sustainable. Over time, this process creates continuity. Wins don’t inflate. Losses don’t linger. Each session becomes part of a longer conversation rather than an isolated event.
This is how experience compounds instead of repeating itself.
