5.8. A Final Word Before You Trade

At some point, all the preparation ends. You have your levels. You have your context. You know what kind of day you’re in. You know which side has control, or whether control is even present.
And then there’s just you and the next decision. This is where trading actually happens. It happens when price is moving, when time is passing, and when hesitation costs more than action.
The strategies in this stop exist for one reason: to give you something solid to stand on when that moment arrives.
Continuation or reversal. Control holding or control failing. Strength returning or effort breaking down. That’s it.
You are not trying to predict the market. You are not trying to outthink other participants. You are recognizing what is happening and choosing whether participation is justified. Sometimes the answer will be yes. Often the answer will be no.
That restraint is professionalism.
When a strategy is active, execution is straightforward. When it is not, standing aside is the correct trade. Everything up to this point exists to make that distinction obvious in real time.
When it is clear, act. When it is not, wait. This where preparation finally becomes trading.
